Questions
Common questions
What if I do not have a logo?
That is fine. Tell us in the form: logo and identity design can be added to the project scope, or we can start with your business name in a suitable typeface until a logo is ready.
My files are large or include videos. How do I send them?
Upload what the form accepts. For large files and videos, share a link to a Google Drive folder or a similar service, and check that its sharing settings let us open it.
Do I need the content ready before asking for a quote?
No. A general description of the project is enough to start the conversation and define the scope. The more details you send, the closer the quote is to what you need.
Can I send the rest later?
Yes. Send what is ready now and the rest when it is ready, through the same form or on WhatsApp. We will let you know what each stage needs.
Who can see my files?
We use what you send only to work on your project, and publish nothing from it without your approval. Do not send passwords through the form; we agree with you on a secure way to grant any access.
