This page explains what data we collect when you use futurewep.com, why we collect it, and how we handle it.
What you type
When you use the contact, quote, project-preparation or solution-finder forms, we receive only what you enter: for example your name, phone number, email address, business or website, the service and project details, and any files you choose to upload.
We use this data only to reply to you and prepare a suitable proposal for your project.
Uploaded files
Files you attach are stored privately on the server, are not publicly reachable, are available only to the site administrator in the dashboard, and are deleted together with the request.
Where the data is kept and who sees it
- Requests are kept in the site dashboard, and a copy is emailed to our team.
- You receive a confirmation email with what you sent.
- We do not sell your data or share it with marketers.
- The site is hosted by Hostinger and delivered through its content delivery network.
How long we keep it
We keep a request as long as it is needed to answer you and follow up your project. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
Cookies and browser storage
- We use no analytics or advertising trackers.
- The site uses session storage to remember, for the current session only, that you have seen the intro screen or the WhatsApp greeting; it is cleared when you close the browser.
- The server cache may set technical cookies needed to serve pages quickly.
Third-party services
- Google Maps on the contact page is loaded from Google, and Google’s privacy policy applies.
- WhatsApp and phone links open those apps, under their own policies.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction or its deletion by writing to info@futurewep.com or on WhatsApp.
