Frequently asked questions
Short, clear answers to what you need to know before you start: how the cost is set, what affects the timeline, what support covers and who owns the accounts and files.

Do I need a website or an app?
It depends on what your customers will do. A website suits presenting your services and being found in search; an app helps when people use it often and need phone features. We look at your case with you before recommending either.
Can you improve my current website?
It depends on its condition. We review it first to see what can simply be improved and what needs rebuilding, then suggest the right scope.
How much will my project cost?
It depends on the scope: pages, features, languages, integrations, content and running needs. We turn these details into a clear quote that separates delivery costs from recurring expenses.
Will you support me after delivery?
Yes, within the support period and scope set in the quote or contract. You can also agree on ongoing maintenance and development as you need.
What should I send you to get a quote?
Just tell us your type of business, the service you need, your goal, the core features, the languages and any website or system you already have. If you have a rough budget or a target date, sharing them helps us suggest a suitable scope.
What goes into the price of a website or an app?
Design, pages, features, integrations, content, testing and running it. The quote shows you what delivery includes and what needs an extra cost or a recurring subscription.
How long will my project take?
It depends on the project size, how ready your content is, how quickly you review the work and the integration needs. We propose a schedule once the scope is set and show you how any change affects it.
Can I start with a first version and expand later?
Yes. We agree on a first version that covers the core features, then add the rest in phases. This way you set your priorities and hear from users before you expand.
I already have a system. Can you work on it?
Yes, after we review it. We check its technical state and the access available, then explain what can be done and any risks that may affect the scope.
Can my website be in Arabic and English?
Yes. We include both languages to suit your project, with the right reading direction for each version. Before we start, we agree on who handles translation and content entry.
Does the quote include the domain and hosting?
If you want it to. We can add them to the quote or work with your existing account. The agreement states registration and renewal fees, resources and who owns each account.
Can I edit the content myself after delivery?
Yes, in the parts we agree on. We set up an admin panel and show you how to use it. Changing features or the structure may need extra development.
What does support cover after launch?
Whatever the quote or contract sets out. It tells you the support period and channels, and the difference between fixing a delivery defect, requesting a new feature and routine maintenance.
Who will own the accounts, files and code?
The agreement settles this before work begins. It states what we hand over to you, your rights to use and own it, and any third-party licences.
Can you guarantee my search ranking or a set level of sales?
No. Nobody can guarantee search rankings or sales volumes. We set a scope for optimisation and marketing, measure indicators you can follow and explain the factors that affect results.
How do I get started?
Send a short note about your project through the quote request form or on WhatsApp. We review it and contact you to complete the details.
