The short answer: Future Web is a web design company in Egypt, founded in 2018 by software engineer Ayman Gaber and based in Tanta. We design and build company websites, online stores, management systems and mobile apps, and we serve businesses in every Egyptian governorate remotely, meeting in person where it is practical. This page explains what we build, how we work, and lists real Egyptian projects you can open and check for yourself.

Who we are: a web design company in Egypt since 2018

Future Web was started in 2018 by Ayman Gaber, a software engineer. The goal from day one was simple: give small and medium-sized businesses a website or system that is built with care, that the owner understands and can manage — not a generic template with the logo swapped in.

We are based at Eamar Mall, Tanta, Gharbia Governorate. We have no branches in Cairo, Alexandria or anywhere else, and we would rather say so clearly. Most of our work does not need a nearby office: we run projects over WhatsApp and video calls, and arrange a face-to-face meeting when it is useful and feasible, especially for clients in Tanta and the Delta.

Our portfolio holds 44 real projects for clients in Egypt, Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Qatar, Iraq, Germany and the United States. Most of them are Egyptian: real estate, manufacturing, healthcare, e-commerce, education and nonprofit work. You can read more about the team on our about page.

What do we build for Egyptian businesses?

We do not sell one product to every client. We start from what your business needs and then pick the type of project and the technology. Our main services:

  • Company website design and development — Arabic or bilingual company websites, project portfolios, service pages, and quote and contact forms.
  • Online store development — direct-to-consumer stores, B2B catalogues and multi-vendor marketplaces, with local payment and shipping integrated on request.
  • Custom systems — software for managing projects, sales or daily operations when off-the-shelf tools or Excel sheets no longer cope.
  • Mobile apps — when your customers or staff genuinely need an app, not just because a competitor has one.

We use WordPress and WooCommerce for websites and stores that need easy content management, and Laravel with React or Livewire for systems and apps with their own business logic. Not sure which type of project you need? Try our solution finder: a few short questions and it suggests a direction.

How does a project with us run?

Whether your company is in Tanta, Cairo or Aswan, the steps are the same, and you know them before you pay anything:

  1. Discovery call — over WhatsApp, video or in person where possible. We learn about your business, your customers and what the website has to achieve.
  2. Written proposal — pages, features, languages, phases, who prepares the content and what is out of scope.
  3. Design and review — you get a link to review the design on desktop and mobile, and we collect feedback in clear rounds.
  4. Development on a staging copy — you watch the site take shape on a private link before the public sees it.
  5. Testing and launch — we test forms, speed and mobile display, then publish on your domain and hosting.
  6. Handover and training — you receive full admin access and a walkthrough of editing content and adding products or projects.

The earlier the information is ready, the more accurate the proposal and the faster the build. Our project preparation guide helps you organise your logo, copy, photos and goals before the first call.

Egyptian projects from our portfolio

The best way to judge any agency is to open its work yourself. A selection of our projects for Egyptian clients:

  • El Badr Property — real estate marketing; WordPress with property search and filters.
  • Aqar Mix — real estate marketing and advisory; WordPress with a real estate CMS and technical SEO.
  • Mazar Store — a fashion online store on WooCommerce.
  • Agbany — a multi-vendor marketplace on WooCommerce and Dokan.
  • Majesty Egypt — steel structures and industrial engineering; WordPress and WooCommerce.
  • Dr. Samir Shaker Labs — medical laboratories and diagnostics; a WordPress website.
  • Ingate ERP — a fit-out and construction project-management system built with Laravel and React, with ERP dashboards.
  • Al-Awn System — automotive showroom management built with Laravel and Livewire, running as a PWA.

The rest, including manufacturing, education and nonprofit projects, is on our portfolio page.

Payments and shipping for Egyptian online stores

Selling online in Egypt has its own habits. Many shoppers still prefer cash on delivery; others pay by card, mobile wallet or at Fawry outlets. So we plan the whole order journey from the start, not just the checkout page.

  • Payment gateways such as Paymob and Fawry — integrated on request once your merchant account with the provider is open and approved.
  • Cash on delivery — with safeguards against fake orders, such as confirming the order before shipping.
  • Shipping companies such as Bosta — integrated on request where the provider offers an API, or shipping fees set per governorate.

Each provider sets its own requirements and fees, and we explain them before work starts. We are not agents or certified partners of any of them. For details, see our payment gateways guide and shipping companies guide.

What decides the cost of a website in Egypt?

We do not publish fixed prices, because two websites of the same size can differ a lot in effort. The main cost drivers are the number and type of pages, one language or two, whether there is a store, booking or advanced search, integrations with other systems, and who writes the copy and prepares the photos. We cover them in detail in what drives website cost.

After the discovery call you get a written proposal with scope and phases. If the project is bigger than your current budget, we suggest a smaller first phase that can be extended later.

Why might you choose us — and what we do not promise

We will not claim to be the best; you cannot verify that. Here is what you can verify:

  • Real, published projects — every item on the portfolio page is a live website or a system we actually built.
  • Websites and systems under one roof — if you later need an internal system, you do not start again with a new team.
  • Clear ownership — the domain, hosting and admin accounts are in your company’s name, and you get full access.
  • Proper Arabic and mobile-first layouts — right-to-left done properly, because most visitors open your site on a phone.
  • Honest recommendations — if a ready-made platform or a simpler solution is enough for you, we say so.

We do not guarantee a specific Google ranking or a number of sales; those depend on your market, content and marketing after launch. If visibility matters, we can add SEO services with a clear plan.

Frequently asked questions

Where is your office?

At Eamar Mall, Tanta, Gharbia Governorate. We have no other branches in Egypt or abroad.

Do you work with companies outside Tanta?

Yes. We serve businesses across Egypt remotely over WhatsApp and video calls, and meet in person when it is practical for both sides. Many of our projects were delivered without a single meeting.

How long does a website take?

It depends on scope and how quickly content is ready. A company website usually takes weeks; a store or bilingual site takes longer; custom systems are delivered in phases that can run for months. The proposal states the expected timeline.

What happens after launch?

You receive the site with a walkthrough, and the proposal defines the follow-up period after launch and what it covers. Ongoing support — updates, backups and small changes — can be agreed separately, with its scope in writing.
