About the service

What is creative design and user experience?

It is designing everything your customer sees of your brand: the visual identity, the marketing material, the website and app interfaces, and the order of steps they go through to complete a task.

We do not start with colours. We start with your audience, the message you want to deliver and where the design will be used. Then we choose the style that keeps the message clear in every channel.

What does Future Web offer you?

  • Visual identity: direction, colours, typography and elements, with the logo when it is in scope.
  • Marketing material: posts, ads, banners and campaign material.
  • Website and app interfaces: screens, components and core states.
  • User experience: reviewing the journey, navigation and the steps to complete a task.
  • Consistency, readability and colour contrast across your website and social platforms.
  • Publish-ready files and editable files, as agreed.

What is included

What does the service include?

  1. Understanding before design

We start with your audience, your message and where the design will be used, before choosing any style.

  2. A complete visual identity

Colours, typography and elements that work together, with the logo when it is in scope.

  3. Campaign material

Posts, ads and banners in the sizes of the channels you use.

  4. Clear interfaces

Organised screens and components for your website or app, with the core states of each screen.

  5. A considered user experience

We review the journey and navigation so users complete their task in fewer steps.

  6. Consistency across channels

The same elements used appropriately on your website, social platforms and other material.

How we work

How do we work on your project?

  1. We understand your brand

We ask about your audience, your message and where the design will appear, and review your current material.

  2. We agree on references

We gather examples you like and usage goals, and set the scope and the number of directions and revisions.

  3. We present the direction

We present one or more visual directions as agreed, and choose with you what fits your brand.

  4. We develop the designs

We apply the approved direction to the identity, material or interfaces, and gather your feedback at set stages.

  5. We deliver the files

We prepare the final files in the agreed formats and sizes, and explain how to use them.

Challenges

Problems we help you solve

  • Your brand looks different everywhere

So we build clear identity elements and apply them consistently to your website, platforms and material.

  • Your posts do not reflect your level

So we design material in a steady style that reflects your brand and is easy for your team to keep up.

  • Users get lost on your website or app

So we review the journey and navigation, and reorder the steps until users can complete their task.

  • Revisions never seem to end

So we agree on references and goals from the start, and gather feedback at set stages.

  • The design looks good but the message is unclear

So we start with the message and the audience, then choose the style that makes it clear.

Questions

Questions clients ask about this service

Does the service include coding the design?

No. Interface design and development are two separate scopes, and they can be combined in one project.

How many directions and revisions are included?

They are set in the quote according to the size of the work, and extra requests are reviewed with you before they are carried out.

Will I receive the editable files?

It is agreed before work starts. Deliverables range from publish-ready files to editable files and interface components, and the quote states which.

Is logo design part of the visual identity?

When it is in scope. We set this in the quote, and sometimes the identity is developed around a logo you already have.

Can you develop my current identity instead of replacing it?

Yes. We review your current elements first; developing them and unifying how they are used may be enough instead of starting again.

Do you design for both Arabic and English?

Yes. In every design we take the language, text direction, readability, colour contrast and display sizes into account.
