The challenge
Guest, rental, and access requests needed an organized workflow connecting owners, administration, and security while reducing approval delays and gate-verification friction.

A platform was built for owners to submit visit and rental requests and manage guest details, while administrators can review, approve, and issue QR-code permits for gate verification.
